The Agilent Multiple Affinity Removal Spin Columns and Cartridges are designed to chromatographically remove interfering high-abundance proteins and biomarkers found in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The removal of these abundant proteins improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the assay.

The system is available in various LC column dimensions and in a spin cartridge format. These columns and cartridges complement our optimized buffers, spin filters, and concentrators to deliver an automated, integrated depletion solution. The cartridges are suitable for benchtop centrifuges and the columns are compatible with most LC instruments, including the Agilent 1200/1100 systems.
