The 2100 Bioanalyzer system is an established electrophoresis solution for sample quality control of biomolecules. The system integrates an instrument, data processing software, reagents, and a microfluidic chip specific for DNA, RNA, or protein analysis. It is suitable for next-generation sequencing, gene expression, biopharmaceutical, and genome editing workflows, delivering reliable analytical evaluation of various sample types.

Since December 31, 2023, the 2100 Bioanalyzer instrument and 2100 Expert Security Pack are no longer available for purchase. Bioanalyzer kits and reagents, support for instruments, consumables, and software, and our established service portfolio will continue to be available until 2030. The next generation of automated electrophoresis instruments, such as the Agilent TapeStation, Fragment Analyzer, and ProteoAnalyzer systems are excellent alternatives to the Bioanalyzer system.
