Chief Human Resources Officer
Meghan Henson joined Agilent in March 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the organization's global people operations, talent strategies, and development agenda.
Before taking on the Agilent leadership role, Henson led the human-resources function for several global organizations — most recently as Chief People Officer for Aetna, the health insurer. She was also the CHRO for Avantor, a distributor and manufacturer serving the life sciences and advanced technologies sectors. Prior CHRO positions were with XPO Logistics and Chubb Insurance.
Earlier in her career, Henson held senior HR roles at PepsiCo, including a multi-year posting as HR lead for the company's China business. She began her professional career as a management consultant, focusing on human-capital strategies with Deloitte Consulting and Willis Towers Watson.
Henson holds a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and Masters in both Business Administration and Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
