Chow Woai Sheng
President, Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain
(interim)
Chow Woai Sheng was named interim president of Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain (OFS) in May 2025.
In this role, he is responsible for driving Agilent’s manufacturing and supply chain systems to stand as best-in-class in the industry and shape a more sustainable future for global operational excellence.
With more than 24 years of experience at Agilent, Chow has held various leadership positions in engineering, industrial production, procurement and logistics, and product development.
Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president of Agilent global instrument manufacturing, where he led the business strategy across 15 factories, new product introduction sites and software labs worldwide.
Under his leadership, Agilent has evolved smart manufacturing across its industry-leading portfolio of scientific instruments. He has been the driving force behind the successful transformation of four Agilent factories into Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) global leaders, as recognized by the World Economic Forum.
He currently sits on the industrial advisory board of the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.
Chow holds an honorary bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Technology Malaysia and a master’s degree in business administration from University Utara Malaysia.
